K-Pop Fan Interview: Dj Yuka K
Could you tell us who you are, where you’re from and give us a little description about yourself?
I’m DJ Yuka K from Osaka, Japan. I love music and sharing it.
So how long are you a K-pop fan and how did you get introduced?
Since 2012. My friends introduced me to it and I fell in love with TVXQ. So after that I was a huge BIGBANG fan and toured around japan following them.
Why do you love K-pop and what makes it different compared to other genre’s?
They have all these different genres. That’s why it’s fun to mix! They are also so professional and trained well. Nothing amateur and so catchy!
Could you tell us your top 5 K-pop groups (in no particular order):
These are my top 5 right now, but it could change tomorrow: BIG BANG, ATEEZ, Stray Kids, Red Velvet and SHINee.
Out of those 5, if you had to pick a number 1, who would it be and why?
BIG BANG because I am a VIP.
Who’s your bias. Could you tell us your top 5 (in no particular order):
Jimin, Taeyang, GD, E-Dawn and Suga.
If you had to pick a number 1 bias, who would it be and why?
Jimin, because he’s such a good dancer and has a nice voice. He’s so idol.
Imagine getting a wish granted, but it has to be K-pop related: could you tell us what your wish would be and why?
